Special Notice: some important changes regarding the 2024 Hunter admission process

您好：

亨特学院附属高中的入学申请已于本月初开放。通过这封邮件，我们想通知您今年亨特申请流程中的一些重要变化：

今年纽约州5年级考试的最低分数要求为：英语语言艺术（474）和数学（496）。
亨特现在使用Ravenna在线申请平台。家长必须创建Ravenna账户和个人资料，然后从目录（Directory）中选择亨特学院附属高中（Hunter College High School）以继续申请。
家长务必上传正式的成绩报告单或从schoolsaccount.nyc 网站截取的成绩单截图。这一步骤是完成并提交申请的必要条件。
学校辅导员将在后续流程中被联系以验证成绩。辅导员在接到通知前不应将成绩发送给亨特。

Good morning,

The application for Hunter College High School opened earlier this month.

By way of this email, we want to inform you of a few significant changes to the Hunter application process this year:

The minimum score requirement for the 5th grade NYS exams are ELA (474) and math (496).
Hunter is now using Ravenna, an online application platform. Parents must create a Ravenna account and profile, and then select Hunter College Campus Schools from the directory in order to proceed.
Parents are required to upload an official score report OR a screenshot from the schoolsaccount.nyc website. This step is necessary to complete and submit the application.
School counselors will be contacted later in the process for score verification. Counselors should not send scores to Hunter until they are asked to do so.
Students who “just missed” the cutoff score are invited to submit an Academic Insights Profile (AIP) for consideration to take the exam – this process will begin on Friday, November 8. Parents will find more details on our website: Hunter Schools.
